These terms describe the basic rules for using Locinode and are intended to make the authorized training scope clear.

Training purpose

Locinode provides cybersecurity education and intentionally created practice environments. You may interact with a challenge target only when the platform has assigned it to your active session and only within the challenge's stated scope.

No authorization outside the range

Locinode does not authorize testing third-party websites, services, accounts, networks, or devices. It also does not authorize testing Locinode production systems beyond ordinary use of the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping credentials secure. Do not attempt to access another player's account, private messages, active lab, or personal data.

Acceptable use

Do not use Locinode to harm other people, interfere with unrelated systems, evade authorization boundaries, abuse platform resources, or use temporary workstations as general-purpose infrastructure.

Challenge content

Challenge descriptions, synthetic evidence, flags, and temporary targets are provided for educational use. Publishing complete solutions during an active competition may reduce the learning value for others and may be restricted.

Availability

Labs are temporary and may expire, restart, or be unavailable during maintenance or capacity limits. Challenges may be changed or retired as the platform evolves.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
